Defendant, Arnold Richard Graber, was convicted, on his plea of guilty, of receiving and concealing stolen property valued in excess of $100. MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803. In exchange for the plea, it was agreed, inter alia, that a charge of carrying a concealed weapon would be dismissed. MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424.
